The Quality Inn and Suites in Hendersonville is holding a block of 11 rooms for us, 9 rooms with double beds and 2 with king beds. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available, and they also have pet friendly rooms. The discounted group rate is $65.44/night. This is the same hotel we stayed in for our last family gathering here in the mountains. They offer free breakfast, indoor pool, indoor putt-putt and a bar. You can call them at (828) 692-7231 to book your room, just let them know you are booking with the "Stearns Family" group. They are holding those rooms for all three nights (May 29th through May 31), but you can book additional nights, or fewer nights, at the same rate. Everyone will need to have booked their room by April 28th, and you may cancel with at least 24 hours notice and receive a full refund.
